Lise Heidal

Lise Heidal is President of NEP Europe. Based in Norway, Lise is responsible for setting the strategy, priorities and focus areas for nine countries in Northern, Central and Southern Europe, as well as in the UK and Ireland, to lead the future planning of NEP’s media services businesses.

With over 25 years of multifaceted experience, Lise stands out as a pragmatic leader committed to driving operational excellence, business transformation and strategic innovation. Known as someone who is committed to building great teams with a genuine interest in the people she works with, Lise’s approach combines strategic vision and operational expertise, whilst fostering a culture of accountability. Immediately prior to joining NEP she served as the VP of Production at TV 2, the largest commercial broadcaster in Norway. Prior to that, she served as Managing Director of NEP Norway and led several global initiatives in her earlier tenure at NEP, from 2010 to 2021, which achieved continuous development and profitable growth.

Prior to joining the media industry, Lise worked in the consulting and telecom industries with companies such as Accenture and Telenor. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in Business Administration.
