Doug Kovach

Douglas Kovach is Chief Financial Officer of NEP Group, responsible for overseeing the company’s global finance strategy, accounting, treasury and reporting worldwide. Prior to assuming his current role, Doug served in various financial positions at NEP for more than 12 years, most recently as SVP, Finance and Treasurer, as the company significantly expanded its global footprint through successful acquisitions and organic growth.

Prior to joining NEP, Doug worked as a Controller in the software and technology industry for ANSYS, Inc. and Ansoft Corporation. He also served as an auditor for Ernst & Young, LLP where he served clients in construction, distribution and technology industries. He has over 20 years of finance and accounting business experience including corporate accounting, mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, tax planning and treasury.

Doug received his BS in accounting from Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant residing with his family in the Pittsburgh area.
