Dean Naccarato

Dean Naccarato is Chief Legal Officer of NEP. He joined NEP as General Counsel and Secretary in March 2013, and was promoted to his current role in 2019. Prior to joining the company, Dean worked for the law firm of Cohen & Grigsby in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, first as an associate and then as a partner from 2002. Prior, Dean was an associate with K&L Gates in Pittsburgh from August 1997. Dean is a cum laude graduate of Allegheny College, and received his JD, cum laude from the Southern Methodist University School of Law. In addition, he received an LLM in taxation from the New York University School of Law.
